Withdrawing your consent to data processing

Right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority in the event of a data protection breach. The responsible authority is the Federal Data Protection Commissioner of the German state in which our company is registered. Right to data portability

You have the right to have the data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract sent to you or to a third party. Such data will be provided in a machine-readable format. Requests for the direct transfer of data to another data controller will only be carried out where this is technically feasible.

SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL / TLS encryption. Newsletter data

If you wish to receive our newsletter, we require an e-mail address from you. You will be required to verify the email address and consent to the receipt of the newsletter. No further data will be collected, or such data will be provided voluntarily. The data will be used exclusively for the dispatch of the newsletter.

The data provided when you subscribe to the newsletter will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 (a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time. An informal email is sufficient for such withdrawal. Alternatively, you may deregister via the “unsubscribe” link provided in the newsletter. The lawfulness of prior data processing operations remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

If you unsubscribe, the data provided to register for the subscription will be deleted. Should this data have been transmitted to us for other purposes or elsewhere, we will retain such data.

PayPal

Our website accepts PayPal payments. Provider of the payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you pay via PayPal, the payment data you have entered will be transmitted to PayPal.

The transmission of your data to PayPal is made on the basis of Art.  6 para. 1 (a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR (processing for performance of a contract). You may withdraw your consent at any time. The validity of prior data processing operations remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
